Delay on page display for AdBlock users

A weird issue I just noticed with AdBlock Plus on Chrome 72.0.3626.96 on MacOS.

It seems there is a Javascript event on swagger.io/AdBlock that waits for the DOM to be fully loaded before showing the page. So we get from a blank screen to the actual page in a blink, but after waiting a few seconds.

It's annoying for some heavy pages or slow connections as showing a page takes 3-5 seconds (others websites take around 500ms).

If I disable AdBlock it works fine. The only list enabled on my side is EasyPrivacy.
