There are a few names that had several spellings in the data/events/*.json files and thus I added them all to the locations.json file. eg. 'Munich' and 'München'. They should be merged.

Usually the language of the website is decided by the owner. It appears that codeandtalk.com is in American English and therefore, place names should consistently use that spelling - Munich, not München; Brazil, not Brasil; etc. I found "Brasil" in the locations file so I used that in the country field, even though the conference website has "Brazil" and I used "Brazil" in the name field and in the json filename. I checked other files and found the same mixture of spellings had been used. I think they all need to be corrected to be consistent (including the locations file).
