Can't install open-store version over current version

Hello,

I have monsterwars v 0.8.0 installed.
open-store says my version does not come from open store and suggests to install stable version from the open-store.
open-store version is also 0.8.0
open-store installation does not finish. something apppears to go wrong. could it be the version number being the same?

please investigate.
