Hi!

First of all I'd like to thank @techygarg for making this framework available. It's an incredible learning resource on so many levels:

• constructing an interactive agent harness by composing plugins and skills
• how to provide structure and continuation for agent interaction
• gain learnings that are repeatable and applicable in many scenarios
• and many more

I've ported an OpenCode plugin and created a couple of walk-throughs to help me understand it better.
Now I'm using in earnest for the first time for porting a Swift app to Linux using Tauri, and learning as I go along.

It's very interesting to observe what's going on in this process, both sub- and objectively:

• model interactions have become more productive - somehow the model feels smarter. My intuition is that the guided Q&A keeps things on the straight and narrow and eliminates a lot of 'empty space' that the model would otherwise explore
• cognitive load drops - the framework writes relevant information to files which can be revisited later. This makes it easy to defer actions or decisions without dropping the ball. This is helped by the fact that skills can be run again and again non-destructively. The model has the lattice framework in its context, and so can be queried on how to proceed
• cost - The framework is a token investment, but benefits are reaped through many process, quality and experience improvements

At my current skill level I'm still 'coding' interactively, but found myself happier to give more autonomy to the agent. I would not be surprised if this framework enables a more autonomous approach altogether. Exciting times!

What really helps is the transparency of the framework. I had the OpenCode lattice plugin up and running within 20 minutes.
