Move to c++17? #22
Description
It looks like most of the software we'd like to add TRX support to now supports c++17!
- MRtrix3 uses c++17 in its dev branch (Add TRX support to tckconvert MRtrix3/mrtrix3#3262 (comment))
- DSI Studio currently supports c++17
- ITK/ANTs uses c++17 as the minimum standard
- dmri trekker has minimum c++17
- 3d Slicer has a minimum of c++17
Are there any other packages I'm missing?
