Describe the feature request
It is possible to add html attributes tags to breadcrumb elements

Describe the use case
Having application that supports english and german UI and user defined content it can happen that part of breadcrumbs is in different language. In this case it is recommented to use lang="" on such elements. It is not possible to do this with current implementation of breadcrumbs.
