Template and CPU usage

Hi, I'm getting this message in web:
template: pattern matches no files: www\index.html

where do I download that or what did I miss?

also, I have a 50MB .log file, an apache log file, and is using 65% of my AMD 5950X, is there something I missed there too? is it scanning through the entire file every time it updates a new entry? I thought it would keep a count of the total of lines and then skip them for the next update, or I don't know, if it isn't that I can't figure out why does it tax so much CPU

So, it worked more than 4 minutes on 2 vCPU VM analyzing 200KB apache log file and ate around 1GB of RAM. There's definitely something wrong with the architecture and/or implementation.
