[Bug]: Shell cant install bootstrap

Problem description

When I downloaded and opened the app, it fails to install bootstrap packages.

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Open the latest stable build. That's literally it.

What is the expected behavior?

Termux installs bootstrap and runs.
