add a FAQ section

currently, meowform does not have any faq section on the home page. it would be great to have a faq section on the home page.
what do you need to?

• make a faq div and inside that, there would be a faq component
• in faq component you would be a passing question and the answer to it.
• currently, I don't have any idea for a design but you can suggest some in the discussion section

you need to fork this repo before pushing the commit and then make changes to it and make a pr .
