This is a big one. It requires a new backend app that keeps track of all guild bank data, and a new frontend table view for it. The frontend should be read-only with a new set of permissions for "Guild Bank Owners" that can upload GBank addon export strings. The addon should be extended to accept /cloot bank to export both bag and bank inventories for upload into the frontend.
