Usage of cuePlaylist, loadPlaylist

Hi, I want to play a Playlist by it's ID / URL, and I'm looking around the internal API and found there's a cuePlaylist and loadPlaylist but I'm unsure on how to use them, are there anywhere I can read up on these, or even am I looking at the right thing to play a playlist by it's ID / URL.

And in effect, what's the difference between cue and load in cases of playlists or video?

It's for the YT and will not work in the YTM. To edit playlists, you need to use the YTM internal API.
