The report is clear and well structured. One small suggestion would be to briefly clarify how some results were determined in sections that report partial matches. For example, in the performance and reliability sections where results are marked as “Partial,” a short sentence explaining exactly which criteria were unmet would make the evaluation clearer for readers. This would help readers quickly understand why the result was not considered a full pass.
