LINKTYPE_NORDIC_BLE description only describes version 1, not 2 and 3

Nordic Semiconductor thoughtfully included a version field in their linktype. Versions 2 and 3 exist, and they provided support for dissecting them in Wireshark, but did not update the link type description here.
