Error 0x805A10FE via the "Install Folder"

VitaShell v2.16, SD2VITA V5, MicroSD Lexar 256GB (exFAT, 64KB cluster).

When installing Minecraft: Enhanced via the "Install Folder" option, error 0x805A10FE occurs.
Installation was successful via molecularShell v1.43
