Refactor MySQL to use new version

Currently, we depend on a very dated version of the [mysql cookbook](https://github.com/opscode-cookbooks/mysql). The newest version, [v6.0.0]() is a major departure from the previous versions, acting as a library of LWRPs to use in your own cookbooks. This fits well with our model, as we already have the mysql_server wrapper recipe.
