Rework Cookbook

Minimize cookbook's responsibilities (only keeping default recipe):

• Install Imagemagick
• Install Java
• Create User
• Configure service (SysV Init, Upstart)
• Configure log rotation

Assume the bundle will be built with an external tool (e.g. Maven), and deployed via Capistrano or similar.
