PROBLEM with motor_shield.bin File ( RAW BINARY ERROR : INVALID FILE )

All hardware connections are correct and my wemos motor shield is v1.0.0
Replaced COM8 with my COM3. Next opened command prompt, Execute 1st command,Done perfectly.Here it is:

Execute 2nd command,Done perfectly.Here it is:

Execute 3rd command BUT said RAW BINARY ERROR : INVALID FILE,Although the motor_shield.bin file ( https://cdn.hackaday.io/files/18439788894176/motor_shield.bin ) put in the same folder.Here it is:

Again Execute 3rd command, motor_shield(1).bin file downloaded from other source ( https://hackaday.io/project/18439-motor-shield-reprogramming ) BUT still RAW BINARY ERROR : INVALID FILE,Although put in the same folder.Here it is:

PLEASE HELP ME,LOST EVERY HOPE ,CAN'T WORK WEMOS MOTOR SHIELD. WITHOUT MOTOR SHIELD REPROGRAMMING IT SEEMS LIKE A DEAD MOTOR SHIELD. PLEASE HELP ME.

There seems to be an error when you are downloading the binary files. Other than that I do not know how to help. Sorry.
