[BUG] in-app module update broken

• I know how to reproduce the issue which may not be specific to my device

Describe the bug

there are two problem

1. the module like xiaotong6666/sui can receive update but can't install the modules
2. some problem even can't receive any update even remote update.json already update, for example meta-hybrid-mount and BRENE

for the 2nd bugs:

hybrid mount can't receive any update in app, even its' update.json already update.
