How would one try to make special waveforms on the POKEY? #2358

It involves enabling the "filter" in AUDCTL and then using channels 1 and 3 (or 2 and 4) in combination. Both channels play the same note, but channel 3 (or 4) is detuned (with effect E5xx) and its volume is set to 0.
See demos/misc/combat_vehicle_pokey.fur for an example (go to order 03).

RMT automates this process but it is otherwise equivalent.
