Labeling: hernoemen van Cursussen naar Leerlijnen. #8

Omdat meerdere leerlijnen in meerdere cursussen kunnen voorkomen, is het niet de bedoeling dat we leermateriaal gaan categoriseren per cursus. Het zou logischer zijn als we als content-policy, alle inhoud categoriseren op wat er geleerd wordt.

De naamgeving binnen Edulist moet dus eerst veranderen van "cursussen" naar "Leerlijnen".
