How to use existing prometheus url to scrape data

What did you do?
I deployed tobs helm chart followed by installation of cert-manager. And I have prometheus already up and running at some URL, how can I get data from that prometheus to promscale DB. I can see the remote_write option here to send data into promscale, but please let me know where can we mention the prometheus URL to get data from.
