Android APK rebuild + Capacitor sync

Bottom nav, App shell, services and types changed. Rebuild: npm run build, npx cap sync android, cd android, ./gradlew assembleDebug. Refresh artifact link in BUILD_APK.md / README.md.

• Forest vs. Plantation overlay layers (5 layers from Natural Forest 2020)
• PredictionCard collapse/expand toggle
• DW + IndiaSAT enrichment badge on ValidationCapture
• Dropdown visibility fix for dark mode
• Documentation cleanup (removed personal paths, updated contact info)
