My name is Jong hui Hong in South Korea
I would like to use LOBICO in my project to predict the logical model which can explain the relationship
between drug sensitivity and genomic mutation.
But In this github repository. Only matlab source code is here, no tutorial or manual could be found.
Could you please tell me how can I get such a material ?
and there's very simple question about lobico. I know that LOBIO is written in matalb.
But, When I see matlab source code. It seems that Framework or software( I don't know exactly...)
called CPLEX is also required. Should I also have CPLEX to run LOBICO?
