Feature Request: Ignored Tracks

I'd love to see a feature to ignore certain tracks. There are a few free tracks which I don't like to race on and would like to filter them out of the list.

Is this a feature you would be interested in adding to the app? If so, I'd be happy to work on it if I get some time.

I think the best way to get around this would be to have a toggle on the tracks modal to allow the user to deselect free tracks. The downside to this would be that when new tracks are made free, this won't update your settings as it does now.

The alternative would be a simple select2 style picker to allow ignore overrides for free tracks. Possibly hidden at the bottom of the track content modal. This would have the benefit that it would work better in the situation where we're integrating with the upcoming iRacing Oauth login, which will auto select owned content.

As it happens I am currently completely overhauling the codebase for this, including a complete UI re-write (in tailwind/daisyui for those that are interested), so I'm holding off on any new features until this is done.
