Long Press on Links defaults to Android Share dialogue

Long press on links was supposed to pull up a webapps option with choices how to open it? No longer working. It defaults to the Android share dialogur

I wonder if that's by design. With v4.2 the changes state...

"change long-press behaviour to allow saving content with external app".

Maybe, not sure.

Indeed it's by design, long-press was always meant to bring up the share dialog, while tap opens in the default browser.
