Write documentation on how to run the terminal application for non-devs

For a way to easily show to non-devs, we need a readme on how to run the scripts and install dependencies.
This will help to be more in sync with non-dev teams and they will have a more precise idea on what we're actually doing

Actually, it will be better to have one main documentation or wiki that is complete enough for devs but simple enough for non-devs
