What does mean rated input? And What does the entity daily PV charging count?

Hi, I have two questions. First, what exactly does "rated input" mean? And second: Does the "daily PV input" entity actually count the total power generated or only the energy consumed? Because if the rated input is low, then the input energy will also be lower.

Im confused on how to configure the energy dashboard. We have the 3 energy values
Daily PV Charging, Daily Battery Charging and Daily Battery Discharging - but only 2 power values Total Input Power and Total Output Power?
