Thanks for the report. To debug this I need a bit more data, because right now the issue has no logs/payload attached.

Could you please add:

1. hm2mqtt logs from the moment you try to change "Time Period 5" (enabled/start time/end time/output value). Please include the lines around the attempt (so I can see whether hm2mqtt publishes a command like cd=7/cd=20 and whether any warnings/errors are logged).

2. A short excerpt of the raw MQTT device data payload published by hm2mqtt to the .../device/.../data topic (the JSON message). This helps verify what the device actually reports for time periods (especially for period 5).

With those two pieces I can reproduce/understand whether the command is not sent, not accepted by the device, or whether the state is overwritten by subsequent updates.

as you requested I did some tests and observe what happend in the hm2mqtt log.
When I change settings in home assistant for e.g. enable timer 4, then I saw the reaction in the log as followed: (... d4=1,e4=0:0,f4=23:50,h4=800 ...)

In case of timer1 to timer4 values everything works fine.
But when I change any value of timer5 in homeassistant, then no reaction like "Requesting updated device data for b42f03111111 after command" is shown in the log.

When I look in the MQTT-Explorer, I can see that the values of timer5 are changing when they are changed in homeasistant (e.g. hm2mqtt/HMJ-2/control/b42f03111111/time-period/5/enabled).
But it seems that the values of timer5 are not send out to the B2500.

Another point what I found out during my tests is, that when set a start- or end-time of a timer in homeassistant to a value below 01:00 and I set the time value like 00:30 then it will jump to 00:00 !!!
When I set the time value like 0:30 instead of 00:30, then it works fine !!!
In both cases, 00:30 and 0:30, the correct value is show in MQTT-Explorer, but the value wich is transmitted in the hm2mqtt log is like ... e2=0:0,f2=23:59,h2=200 ...
So it seems that a value like 00:30 is transmitted to the B2500 as 00:00

Thanks for testing and for providing the logs! I was able to reproduce the issue and prepared a fix. This will be fixed in the next release (see PR #246).
