ONBOARDING.md routes newcomers through five directories that do not exist here

What

docs/ONBOARDING.md walks a new reader through a 30-minute route. Five of the six stops do not exist in this repository:

Verified against the tree at master: the top-level directories are engines/, skills/, templates/, crm-template/, docs/.

Why it matters

This is the file the README hands to a newcomer, and it is the first thing they do. Following it produces five dead ends in a row before they reach anything that works — and the natural conclusion is "the download is broken", not "the doc is stale".

It reads like it was written for the vault repository this kit was extracted from, and travelled here unchanged.

What "done" looks like

• The route matches the directories that exist: rules (CLAUDE-EXTERNAL.md, SEED.md, BOOTSTRAP-CLAUDE.md) → skills (skills/INDEX.md) → engines (engines/README.md, engines/PASSPORTS.md) → templates and CRM
• Every path in it resolves — a link check over the file passes
• The English summary at the top is updated too; it names the Bible and CRM-Lite as well

Interim

A corrected route is in the wiki: First week. That page is deliberately a stopgap, not a second source of truth — when this issue is fixed, the wiki page should point at the file rather than replace it.
