Question about unquoted key including bracket

I'm writing Toon parser for Ruby now. I have a question about unquated key including bracket.

For current implementation, unquated strings smilator to array header (e.g. foo[2:) are allowed to use object keys.

taichi@LAPTOP-TVTKLNFD:toon
$ cat input.toon
foo[2: 1, 2

taichi@LAPTOP-TVTKLNFD:toon
$ npx @toon-format/cli input.toon
{
  "foo[2": "1, 2"
}

However, there are no such rules in ABNF of array header.

; Unquoted keys must match identifier pattern
unquoted-key  = ( ALPHA / "_" ) *( ALPHA / DIGIT / "_" / "." )

Which is correct?
