Toon.Format Reserved on NuGet

Hi there, @toon-format/dotnet-maintainers team!

Quick note: I have reserved the prefix Toon.Format on NuGet.org. Going forward, we can implement publishing to the registry under that name.

I've already set up Trusted Publishing. Just ping me when you're ready to release the initial version and I'll activate it (docs say "use within 2 day(s) to keep it permanently active").
