Zig implementation for TOON #246

I happened to come across your excellent TOON format recently and noticed that there was no Zig implementation for the spec and its parser. As such, I've taken the liberty to write a Zig 0.15 implementation for the TOON spec and parser - https://github.com/bkataru/toon-zig
The Zig library implements and passes all the fixture tests for TOON from the spec. I've built it taking inspiration and reference from the TOON implementations for other languages. I can make a PR to add this to the README as a listing if you'd like.
Furthermore, if you're okay with this as the official Zig implementation, I'm down to transfer this repo to the @toon-format org.
