Packing styles not working

Style packaging is extremely broken. This is the expected result:

com.woltlab.wcf.tar.gz

And this is, what wspackager creates:

com.woltlab.wcf_v5.2.0.tar.gz

I mentioned this in the Readme section about packaging styles:

Important: You have to make sure you only reference .tar archives in your package.xml and style.xml. .tgz/.tar.gz are currently not supported.

When I try to run wspackager on your package after changing the PIP value from style_xxx.tgz to style_xxx.tar it seems to work fine. Since it's been years however since I've last developed anything for WCF, I don't know for sure that all the packaging is done correctly, but all the mentioned files seem to be there.

I don't know how much wspackager is still used, the npm installs have been rather low for a while, but if there's enough demand for .tgz/.tar.gz support I could try and add that in.

I know, it's used quite often, because a while ago, we integrated it into our GitHub workflows (e.g. https://github.com/top-secret-z/com.uz.wcf.invitation/blob/next/.github/workflows/release.yml), and other developers adapted it.
