Goal is to have granular options of removing stuff from the library.

Describe the solution you would like

One way to achieve this would be to add filters and preview stuff that you want to delete before hitting the Clear button.

If the library could become editable in any way at all in v3 and you could just remove and add items like with any list, that would already help hugely. See: #1976
