Make Friendlier to external users

We have this idea to make the code more friendly for another developer to use for their own bot. Namely this would involve taking the prompt and other character specific information out of the code files and put them into configuration files. That and updating the readme with instructions for setting up.

hmm given that faebot has a database we should consider allowing running without a database.
