Hi I saw you wrote many plugins for Redmine.

How can this messaging be used with Redmine?

Wow this is really old, I can't even remember writing it. I doubt it's usable at all anymore in Rails and I don't know if it could be made to work with Redmine. Might check https://github.com/mailboxer/mailboxer for a modern Rails messaging system.
