Feature Category
User Interface (settings, visual design)
Feature Description
Similer to vibrations on keypress but instead a sound that plays.
Problem This Solves
Lack of feedback for those who prefer sound feedback instead of vibrations.
Proposed Solution
- By default it would use the default built in android keytap sounds.
- Some builtin keytap sounds like typewriter, thocky, creamy etc.
- Option to add custom sounds as keytap sounds. (.ogg type for example)
These are optional but nice to have :
- Ability to use different sounds for different keys. for example typewritter for space and creamy for all others.
Alternative Solutions
- Samsung's keyboard is a great example since in the good lock Keys Cafe module different sounds could be chosen. ( Typewritter, Pink Touch, Space etc.)
Priority Level
High (would significantly improve my workflow)
