Add Custom Commands

Hello,
I wanted to know if custom commands could be added. For example, in the chat, if you wanted to start a race, just type "Let's race!" and the bot will automatically use the playback command with a prerecorded race. Another example would be to make the bot go to a place, such as the Rig-a-deal, by typing "Go to Rig-a-deal."
