Create release Tags

we're currently debugging an issue in libioc where py-libzfs throws an exception when trying to check if a dataset is mounted bsdci/libioc#753 (comment)

apparently, the port has been updated, https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=242453 without a Tag, this makes it quite hard to see and debug.

Any chance to create release versions / tags ?

This appears to have been completed as of this post. Currently the repo does include release/version and tag versions.
