Use the Google place ID's which are output by the parser.

Costs $10 per 1000 locations if time of day is specified. Otherwise, costs $5 per 1000 locations.

Google gives everyone a free $200 credit per month. That equates to 141 fully connected CFA's-- not enough. Let's restrict edges between CFA's based on which ones have longitude/latitude difference under a constant.
