Pitch

There are several recommended distributor apps available: In addition to ntfy, there is also Sunup and NextcloudPush.

Allow the user to choose which provider they want to use.

Motivation

Users have a reason when they install multiple distributor apps. Allow them to choose which one to use for Tusky.
