Add corpus-related suggestions, and other support for other major Nepali languages:

• Nepali (and related western Khas languages)
• Maithili
• Bhojpuri
• Newari
• Tamang/Gurung languages
• Rare languages

Haven't heard back from the contributors in a long time... Is this project dead?

I'm willing to commit my time and resources, along with material from my research if there's any research here...
