What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. city with wind-chill of "N/A"
2. !weather <that city>
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
@Dean_Kreger> !weather mackenzie
<+CuteB0t> Weather near MacKenzie, Canada: 12°F (-11.1°C), but feels like
3°F (-16.1°C), and Light Snow.
Instead:
<@Dean_Kreger> !weather fredericton
<+CuteB0t> Weather near Fredericton, Canada: -17°F (-27.2°C), but feels
like N/A°F (-17.8°C), and Clear.
Please provide any additional information below.
Fix it.
