I remove the line in the installer that prompt for root briefly. This is because xcreds needs to be run as root to register the plugin for the CCID reader. Please add to the admin guide to run this command once if using the ccid reader (also, test that it works)

/Applications/XCreds.app/Contents/MacOS/XCreds -r
