I did not remove any of the default filter lists, or I have verified that the issue was not caused by removing any of the default lists.
I did not enable additional filter lists, or I have verified that the issue still occurs without enabling additional filter lists.
I do not have custom filters/rules, or I have verified that the issue still occurs without custom filters/rules.
I have verified that the web browser's built-in content blocker/tracking protection, network wide/DNS blocking, or my VPN is not causing the issue.
If this is about a breakage or detection, I have verified that it is caused by uBlock Origin and isn't a site or browser issue.
I did not answer truthfully to ALL the above checkboxes.

Description
Tumblr is currently running a banner ad at the top of the dashboard. I have confirmed on a clean LibreWolf profile with only uBlockOrigin installed that the ads are visible, even with the browser's tracking detection disabled. I have confirmed that the following cosmetic filters, in that clean LibreWolf profile, work for blocking the ad, as well as the "Sponsor" button that lingers. I believe that these filters are specific enough to be safe for inclusion in filter lists.
! Block main ad
www.tumblr.com##a[href*="smartadserver.com"]
! Block Sponsor Info button when refreshing dashboard
www.tumblr.com##a[href^="https://www.tumblr.com/docs/en/relevantads"]:upward(div)
I believe that the first filter can be added to EasyList, but that the second filter, due to the use of :upward, would need to be included in a uBO list.
I have also confirmed that these rules work on mobile (Firefox for Android) as well.
