[BUG] AppPage display issues

2 things:

1. The website/app button looks out of place on mobile screens. It should probably be inside the grey box with the name of the app.

2. Occasionally, the app description is in a weird position. This happens on tablet screens, and (less often) on desktop screens. It can be tricky to reproduce because it doesn't always happen, but one way to reproduce it is by shrinking the browser window and slowly increasing the width back to full width.
