Decoded logs not being generated.

I have a test setup for ATSPM in a lab at a university campus and I'm running into an issue with the decoding of the log files from the controller. All communications are established between the controller, server, and the web interface. I have an Econolite Cobalt controller that is running the latest ACS3 software. I have worked with university IT for the entire setup and we are failing to effectively troubleshoot this issue. Is there any person I can reach out to point us in the right direction?

We've seen issues with version 32.68.10 not decoded properly, so I recommend downgrading to 32.67.20 until we've had time to investigate this further.
