Fix code coverage #1

The repo should have 100% coverage but this does not seem to be working with Cypress.

Code coverage for @cypress/code-coverage via babel-plugin-istanbul is not writing anything to .nyc_output/out.json

Tried to address this over the last few days without success. Raised and tracking the issue officially in cypress-io/code-coverage#472

Will address this by using a more lightweight test frameworkt. The issue is still unresolved in cypress@10 (I'm assuming it does not play well with ESM).
