Following the completion of the physics and engineering conversion, it is now possible to run individual models in a notebook (this is one of the big benefits of the conversion project).

This will become even easier as the core is converted into Python, however it should be possible now.

A notebook showing off this capability to run standalone models and, for example, make plots without running process via CLI should be created.
