process.uncertainties contains routines for performing the Morris method and calculating Sobol indices. These are not currently used and should be moved to a separate repository. Their tests should also be moved. This will allow the removal of some dependencies PROCESS installs e.g. SALib

Yes, the current UQ work does not use these tools. We use other tools to run PROCESS on HPC for calculating indices.
